Forecasted Points vs Real Points Used.
1H2023Regarding SquarePoints, forecasted points was very similar to the amount used. The difference is due to:
• Cancelation of the CALA to CALA Q1 campaign during March, which represented 56 display banners.
• Production of B2B assets for the Step Beyond campaign was delayed until May (vs. March as originally planned).
• There was a greater number of METTs and GLOCAL than originally estimated.

Insights• During Q1, our primary focus was on updating Merchandising placements for Web and App in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• We also worked on METTs and GLOCALs, from copy development in 3 languages, search, adjustment and upload of images, as well as management of EPSILON (platform used to create GLOCALs).
Q2
InsightsDuring Q2, there was a demand increase for Display Banners: Resort Credit, CALA to CALA and MEO. We continued updating Merchandising monthly and developing METTs and GLOCALs, as well as refreshed the B2B assets for the Step Beyond campaign.
